Terms and Conditions 1. Payment - a deposit of 33% is payable at the time of booking if the booking is made more than 8 weeks before commencement of rental. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before commencement of rental, the balance must be paid in full. 2. Cancellation – hirer's cancellation is at their own risk and we reserve the right not to refund any monies already paid to us. It is advisable to take out insurance. If you do have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to relet. If we succeed we will refund you less a £50 admin fee. 3. Breakages – all damage and breakages must be reported and paid for. 4. Equipment – bed-linen is provided. Towels are not supplied. Cot and high-chair are available. 5. Change over – changeover day is normally Friday. Keys are available after 3pm on the day of arrival. Marigold must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure. 6. Restrictions – we regret no smoking or dogs are allowed. 7.  In the unlikely event that your cottage is unavailable for reasons beyond our control eg fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a full refund. No further liability will be accepted. 8. The proprietors reserve the right to vary the advertised facilities within Marigold Cottage without prior notice.
