Marigold has three bedrooms (one double and two twin) each with its own bathroom. The two twin rooms are upstairs and each has an ensuite bathroom with overbath shower. The downstairs bedroom (reached via two steps) has its own adjoining bathroom, again with overbath shower.

Downstairs is the main living area - a spacious open plan room with 3 distinct areas - kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped for 7 people, with dishwasher, fridge, cooker and microwave oven. In the separate utility area there is a washing machine and freezer. The dining area has a large table and chairs, cd and radio. In the lounge space there is a wood-burning stove - particularly cosy in the cooler evenings - sofas and an armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player.

The cottage is centrally heated.

There is also an additional single bed in a separate room by the utility room. It is not centrally heated so for summer use only.

Outside Marigold has a private walled garden, secure for small children, and its own barbecue area.
